Our Process

We have a very easy website development process to follow. Before we start building a website for you, there are a few things that we need to know about you and for this, you get a redirection to our Website Design Request Form. After you have filled in your details on this online form, one of our sales agents will send you a quote based on the requirements we get from your filled form. Once you have approved the quote, we send an invoice together with a Web Design Proposal document. The Web Design Proposal document outlines in detail how the website will be developed.

These systems are easy to use by the end users as they offer interfaces that can be understood without the need for complex programming knowledge. After Sales Service

Once your website is up and running, our technical and support staff will make sure everything is running smoothly by regularly checking on the installation for the first 30 days after completion of the project. All this is done at no cost but if a client feels they need their website managed, options for subscribing to maintenance are available. There are currently three (3) Website Maintenance Packages to pick from. The advantage of subscribing to these packages is that the website will always be up to date in terms of functionality and design. Our packages are not contracts and because of this, you can choose to subscribe and cancel at anytime.
