Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refund and/or exchange for all regular-priced items within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@exponent.co.zm and send your item to: Exponent Technologies – Stand No. 14/1493 Mwalule Road, Northmead, Lusaka.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale and Clearance Items
- Items Not in Original Condition
- Damaged Items
- Items Beyond the 30-Day Return Window
Late or Missing Refunds
We aim to process all refunds within two weeks. The amount will be refunded back to the original payment method, and timelines for that depend on the payment processor. All returns received in-store are inspected and processed the same day. Online order returns delivered to our warehouse will take a maximum of two weeks, but we aim to finish this quicker. All customers will be shown their return status via email.
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Delivery
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: Exponent Technologies – Stand No. 14/1493 Mwalule Road, Northmead, Lusaka.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
